Still looking for a special New Years Eve dinner in the 818? Here’s some select restaurants with festive menus, a variety of cuisines, entertainment, times and budgets. Click on the links for more info.
NYE dining in the 818 from Burbank to Agoura
The Sunset Room Supper Club in Agoura Hills is planning “A Night Under the Stars” with entertainment, a three course dinner and champagne toast. The price is $75 per person, but they are currently having a limited pre-sale starting at $30 per person.
The LAB Brewing Co in Agoura Hills will have the regular menu as well as special seasonal choices and craft beer accompanied with live music performed by Little Alice with Top 40 hits and 80s and 90s covers. They’ll be featuring the regular menu with specials that night, infusion shots, and a champagne toast at midnight. Music starts around 9:30 p.m., but make sure to come early for dinner and handcrafted drinks before the show! No cover for music.
The Canyon Club in Agoura Hills is is featuring the English Beat. Doors 6:00pm for Music, dining and dancing. English Beat goes on stage at 10 p.m. Click here to buy tickets.
For craft beer heads, ring in the new year with brew, not bubbles. Tony’s Darts Away in Burbank is having a rockin’ New Years Eve party that is quickly becoming a tradition, and features all you can drink beer from 8 p.m. -2 a.m. Limited edition kegs and specialty brews will be tapped, including some very rare finds. Heavy passed appetizers and a buffet with dips and snacks is included, and attendees will also receive a special TDA NYE Glass. $95 – reserved indoor seating all night;$75 – reserved patio seating (rain or shine); $75 – Designated Driver ticket. Bistro Provence in Burbank will be offering their regular menu as well as 8 to 10 specials in keeping with the French theme.
The Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas is setting up a heated party tent for their New Year festivities which includes a full dinner buffet, live music by “The Neighbors” and a margarita toast at midnight ($45 single and $80 a couple). In addition to the exclusive New Year’s Eve party, the cantina’s main bar will be open to the public with dancing to DJ Cali-Los from 8 p.m. – close. No cover. After-party transportation service is available.
Larsen’s Steakhouse in Encino will offer the normal menu with two seatings for the evening. An early 5pm – 6:30 pm and a late seating from 7 p.m. and later. The second seating has a $30 per person entertainment charge for the band, party favors and complimentary champagne all evening. The early seating has no charge since the entertainment does not begin until 8 p.m. There will be Prime Rib offered that night along with a few chef specials.
The Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills has two ballrooms set aside for New Years Eve with elaborate buffets, drinks, live music, dancing and a balloon drop. Price is $78 and $99 per person depending on the ballroom.
Jazz and Dinner highlights New Years Eve at The Federal Bar in North Hollywood. Choose different prices package for dinner and drinks and dancing. There are two seatings for Dinner & Drinks and then a second package for drinks and dancing, including a champagne toast at midnight. First seating for Dinner & Drinks, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Second seating for Dinner & Drinks, 9:30 p.m. – midnight. The upstairs club opens at 10 p.m. $65 per person for Dinner & Drinks; $95 per person for Drinks and Dancing; $25 for general admission to the upstairs club.
Firenze Osteria in North Hollywood is offering a five course set New Year’s Eve menu and complimentary champagne toast in addition to the regular menu.
The new Latin-inspired Taverna Bow & Truss in North Hollywood is celebrating its first New Year’s with a diverse dining experience for those counting down the New Year. Live music and/or DJ TBD. Two seatings: 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.(with a midnight celebration. Diner includes appetizer, soup, salad, main course and dessert. $65 per person.
Tula’s Restaurant at The Beverly Garland in North Hollywood has a steal of a meal for New Years with two seatings and three-course meals for $29 and $39 per person. Click here for reservations.
Boneyard Bistro in Sherman Oaks has a Roaring 20′s theme with a Prix Fixe dinner available for $60 per person, plus a full BBQ menu as well as a limited Bistro menu and a special cocktail menu.
La Cava Cucina Italiana in Sherman Oaks is offering a three course menu for $60 per person. Choose from asparagus soup, fresh artichoke salad, branzino, filet mignon, spaghetti with lobster, creme caramel, tiramisu and more.
Il Tiramisu in Sherman Oaks is a preparing a special three course menu for $50 per person including choices of grilled shrimp, mushroom soup, osso bucco, salmon, filet mignon, creme brulee and more. Personal wine is welcome with a $15 corkage fee.
Le Petit Restaurant in Sherman Oaks has created a special menu of French bistro specialties to help celebrate the new year.
Mistral in Sherman Oaks will have two seatings. The early seating is at 6 p.m. with an amuse and three courses for $90 per person. The 9 p.m. seating is $150 per person with an amuse, three courses and cookies and champagne at midnight.

Go ‘old school’ in comfort at the Valley Inn in Sherman Oaks. The dinner menu consists of specials, including lobster, filet mignon, prime rib, salmon and much more. There will be hats, blowers and a champagne toast at midnight.
Instead of presenting diners with a prix-fixe menu this New Year’s Eve, The Six in Studio City will keep things casual by offering their standard menu during dinner, along with champagne to sweeten the deal. Reservations required.

Ombra in Studio City is keeping it simple this year with the regular menu, plus some very special dishes, including — meat tortellini in broth; cotechino; and panettone with zabaglione.
Bistro Garden in Studio City presents a gala dinner in two seatings with three-course meal. The late night seating includes dancing to a live DJ, party favors and a glass of champagne. $75 and $120 per person.
The Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City is going all out with a New Year’s Eve Bash that will turn the entire Events Center into a multi-venue club-type atmosphere with live music, DJ’s and an amazing light show. Three rooms will be packed full of entertainment and the night will be capped off with an amazing countdown to the New Year. Jazzy Boy Jeff Dance Band will be n the Empire Room with a 10-piece brass funk band; The Starlight Ballroom will have a dazzling light show and a DJ spinning favorite party hits; The Caribou Room will be transformed into an upscale dessert martini lounge with Barry Lamster playing jazz standards on a white Baby Grand Piano. Kravings, this churrascaria in Tarzana will have food, drinks, Brazilian dancers, DJ and dancing. Two seatings at 5:30 p.m. ($59) and 9:30 p.m. ($79 includes champagne). Kids under 10 are 1/2 price for first seating only. $25 for open bar serving premium cocktails during the second seating.
Chablis Food + Wine in Tarzana is serving a special menu with small plates and large plates, so you can mix and match. Live music will play all evening long to serenade.
The Latin inspired D’Cache Restaurant in Toluca Lake is offering a four-course meal featuring choices of lobster bisque, filet mignon, lamb, lobster and more with champagne toast and live latin music in a cozy house setting $125 per person.
Arnie Morton’s in Woodland Hills and Burbank celebrates New Year’s Eve with two options—order from the regular dinner menu or get the Steak & Seafood for Two, which is a three course meal for two priced at $109.99.
The Villa in Woodland Hills is celebrating with a little something for everyone. The first seating features an a la carte menu from 5-7:30 p.m. The second seating is 7:30 p.m.- 9 :30 p.m.is $64-$79 per person for four courses depending upon your menu choices andincludes party favors, champagne toast, dj, dancing. Attend the NYE party only starting at 10 p.m. is $40 per person.
If you’re a Loteria Grill fan, all the Loteria locations will celebrate New Years Eve at the Hollywood restaurant with a big bash – La Pachanga.
